Identify the boulder in your path

The boulder in our path is usually the one we put there. Not always, but very often. This article walks through a short exercise to identify the core fear getting in your way, as well as your habitual (and potentially not-so-effective) way of responding to it.

You can start with most any problem at all and this process will help you peel back the layers to get to the nub of the issue, and then points in a fresh direction to go. I have yet to meet a person who hasn’t learned something from doing this exercise.
